School leaders have a lot to give back to learning community. One way of this is to get out of traditional mindset by having a blog and hopefully inspire others to do the same. School leaders need a blog to challenge their own thinking in order to continually grow into a transformational leader. They need to blog to be more transparent, brag about their students and staff while providing examples of innovation.
I set up this blog to help educators develop a better understanding of human resources management. I hope it will increase communication and thinking about the topics in human resources management and school leadership.
